Driving under the influence is a serious offense in California carrying hefty fines, probation terms and often jail or prison time depending on the number of priors, blood alcohol content at the time of arrest and whether there was an accident or injury. Our office takes every possible precaution to protect a client’s driving rights and we do all that is possible to reduce or eliminate jail time so that clients can move on with their lives and careers.
Though a common offense, driving under the influence carries a multitude of complicated legal issues involving probable cause to stop, breath or blood analysis and drug related issues. Our office takes an aggressive approach to defending DUI cases while at the same time addressing a client’s needs for rehabilitation.
